Artist In Residence – 2018

Submissions are officially closed for the 2018 Artist in Residence program. Recipients will be announced April 20th.

If you are an artist looking to hone your craft or even find a new passion we want to showcase your creations!

We’ll be starting a six-month Artists in Residence program in May, with the capacity for up to five artists. Participants will receive a complimentary membership to the Maker Space for the duration of the program as well as full access and training for all tools. In addition, we will provide a stipend of $100 for materials courtesy of our sponsor, Bravo.

Artists will be required to showcase at least one art piece at an event hosted by Area515 at the conclusion of the program.

We will consider any type of art for the exhibition and Artist in Residence program, including performance, so if you’re interested, please fill out the application below. If you’ve got a sample of some of your art (photos, audio/video, etc.), please link to them in your application!
